Atma Ki Pukar is Hindi for “Call of the Soul”. This is a selection of Paramahansa Yogananda’s Cosmic Chants sung in English, Hindi and Sanskrit by monks of Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. Summoning inner inspiration and evoking the Divine Presence, the devotional chants featured on this recording were recorded live during an annual week-long spiritual gathering held at the Yogoda Satsanga Society Ashram in Ranchi, India. Chanting is accompanied by traditional kirtan instruments (harmonium, tabla, cymbals, and tanpura).
