In this inspiring and practical book, Sri Mrinalini Mata, one of Paramahansa Yogananda’s foremost disciples, vividly brings to life her personal experiences of his sublimely wise spiritual training and unconditional love. In exploring what it really means to seek God, Mrinalini Mataji talks about the infinite potential of the mind, the cultivation of will power and evenmindedness, and how the practice of Kriya Yoga can uplift and transform our lives.
